Usage
There are two ways to fetch this graph, the first is http://tb.asbjorn.it/chart.php. The other is http://tb.asbjorn.it/chart-[w]x[h].png, were you should replace [w] and [h], with appropriate values.
Its now also possible to use the "[s]-[w]x[h]-[p].png" format, which mod_rewrite will convert to "[s].php?w=[w]&h=[h]&[p]".
